In addition to providing you with access to property characteristics and tax information, you now have access to the 2008 Reappraisal information and values. 

To access the 2008 Real Estate information, use Property Search to locate your parcel by Owner Name, Address or Parcel Number.  Selecting your parcel from the Search Results will display the detailed information about your property.  To access information about the Reappraisal process, click on the Reappraisal 2008 tab located at the top of this page.

As a special note, the 2008 values are tentative until the State of Ohio gives final approval late in the fall.  Since final tax rates are not available until late in December, we will be unable to estimate tax bill amounts.
