Instructions:

1. From the Criteria drop down, select a desired criteria to search on. 2. Enter a search value for the selected criteria. 3. Click the Add button to add the Criteria to the Current Search Criteria panel (on right). 4. Choose additional criteria, enter search values, and Add to the Current Search Criteria (repeat above steps). 5. If needed, use Edit and Remove buttons to change the Current Search Criteria. 6. If needed, use The Save/Load button to save a criteria list you have built or load a previously saved criteria list. Note: Click here for valid Land Use Codes All criteria are optional but at least one criteria must be entered. Do not enter address numbers in the street field. Do not include street suffix (rd st etc) in street name. The wild card * is permissible in street name searches. "For example Green*ows will find matches on Green Meadows." Valid neighborhood codes can be obtained from Record Details pages for a specific subject property.
